Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using rawajpret.store (the "Website") operated by Rawaj Pret ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or placing an order on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Rawaj Pret is a women's clothing brand based in Lahore, Pakistan, selling hand-finished eastern wear including dresses, hijabs, shawls and eastern shirts. Our Website is rawajpret.store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen display settings
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; the actual product may differ slightly
• All products are subject to availability; we reserve the right to discontinue any product
• Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

4. Orders and Contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation by email or on-screen. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

• Items being out of stock
• Errors in product or price information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Failure of payment verification

In such cases we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment was taken.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Once your order is confirmed, the price is fixed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash upon receipt of your order
• EasyPaisa / JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer prior to dispatch
• Safepay — secure card payment processed by Safepay (Pvt.) Ltd., Pakistan
• Cryptocurrency — ETH/USDC wallet transfer

6. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan and internationally. Estimated delivery times:

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) — 2–4 business days
• Other cities in Pakistan — 4–7 business days
• International — 7–21 business days depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs or events beyond our control.

Free delivery on orders over Rs. 5,000 within Pakistan. Standard delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies on orders below this threshold.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, product photographs and design — is the property of Rawaj Pret and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@rawajpret.store if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rawaj Pret shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website
• Loss of data, revenue or profits
• Damages caused by third-party services (payment processors, courier companies)

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rawaj Pret, its owners, employees and agents from any claims, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
