Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love every piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free 14-day returns on all eligible items — no questions asked.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- Item is in its original packaging (if applicable)
- Item is not marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
Non-returnable items
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Customised or made-to-order pieces
2. How to Request a Return
Via your account (recommended)
- Sign in to your Rawaj Pret account
- Go to Order History and find the delivered order
- Click Request Return and describe the reason
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions

Email us at returns@rawajpret.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours.
3. Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items — we cover return shipping costs
- For change of mind or size exchange — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Please use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for items lost in return transit
- Return address will be provided upon approval of your return request
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund method depends on original payment method:

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we sent you the wrong item.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and specify that you want an exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@rawajpret.store with:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the defect or incorrect item
- Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)
We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and prioritise your case.
7. International Returns
For international orders, the same 14-day return window applies from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for international returns, except where items are defective or incorrect. Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account or mobile wallet again
- Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times vary
